Δεσμευόμαστε  ως προς την ακρίβεια, την αλήθεια και την πληρότητα των πληροφοριών που παρατίθενται στο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα, σε ότι αφορά τις παρεχόμενες μέσω του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος, συναλλαγές. Το ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα στα πλαίσια της καλής συναλλακτικής πίστης, δεν ευθύνεται και δεν δεσμεύεται από καταχωρήσεις ηλεκτρονικών δεδομένων που έγιναν εκ σφάλματος ή εκ παραδρομής και δικαιούται να προβαίνει σε διόρθωση αυτών οποτεδήποτε αντιληφθεί την ύπαρξή τους. Καταβάλουμε  ιδιαίτερες προσπάθειες για την τελική πιστότητα των απεικονίσεων των προϊόντων διαφορές μπορεί να προκύψουν και από τον τρόπο και μέθοδο φωτογράφησης και των ρυθμίσεων της οθόνης της συσκευής του χρήστη.

Limitation of Liability
 Στα πλαίσια των συναλλαγών μας από το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα δεν ευθυνόμαστε και δεν έχουμε υποχρέωση αποζημίωσης για οποιαδήποτε τυχόν βλάβη ή ζημία προκύψει από την ακύρωση παραγγελιών, από τη μη εκτέλεση ή από την καθυστέρηση εκτέλεσης τους, για οποιαδήποτε αιτία. Δεν εγγυούμαστε  τη διαθεσιμότητα των προϊόντων που εκτίθενται στο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα, αλλά ενημερώνουμε  με βάση τα τηρούμενα στοιχεία για την διαθεσιμότητα ή μη τον ενδιαφερόμενο πελάτη και αναλαμβάνει σε περίπτωση μεταβολής των στοιχείων αυτών, να ενημερώνει κατά το δυνατόν έγκαιρα τους πελάτες περί της μη διαθεσιμότητας οπότε και στην περίπτωση αυτή δεν υπέχει καμία περαιτέρω ευθύνη. Το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα παρέχει το περιεχόμενο (όπως πχ: πληροφορίες, ονόματα, περιγραφές φωτογραφίες κλπ), τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες που διατίθενται μέσω του διαδικτυακού τόπου “όπως ακριβώς έχουν”. Σε καμία περίπτωση το ηλεκτρονικό μας κατάστημα δεν ευθύνεται αστικώς ή ποινικώς για οποιαδήποτε ζημία (θετική, ειδική ή αποθετική, η οποία ενδεικτικά και όχι περιοριστικά, διαζευκτικά ή/και σωρευτικά συνίσταται σε απώλεια κερδών, δεδομένων, διαφυγόντα κέρδη, χρηματική ικανοποίηση κλπ.) που τυχόν θα υποστεί επισκέπτης του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος ή τρίτος από αιτία που έχει σχέση με τη λειτουργία ή μη ή/και τη χρήση του διαδικτυακού τόπου ή/και σε αδυναμία παροχής υπηρεσιών ή/και προϊόντων ή/και πληροφοριών που διατίθενται από αυτόν ή/και από τυχόν μη επιτρεπόμενες παρεμβάσεις τρίτων σε προϊόντα ή/και υπηρεσίες ή/και πληροφορίες που διατίθενται μέσω αυτού.

User Responsibility
Users agree and undertake not to use the online store for:

2. sending, publishing, sending by e-mail or transmitting in other ways any content that offends users' morals, social values, minority, etc.
3. post, publish, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content for which users do not have the right to transmit in accordance with the law or applicable contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of work relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements),
4. posting, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of others;
5. send, publish, e-mail, or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, corrupt, or equip any software or computer hardware,
6. intentional or unintentional violation of applicable law or regulations,
7. harassment of third parties in any way,
8. collect or store personal data about other users.

Any copying, reproduction and republishing of its contents www.sousouro-streetwear.gr, in any way and by any means, without the prior written permission of the owner is prohibited by law.

Right of unjustified withdrawal by the customer
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the service contract (in the case of such a contract), or from the delivery (in the case of products). The withdrawal is made under the following conditions :
This withdrawal is unjustified and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered the customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its parts, the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted, only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for the shipment of the item to him and the shipping costs for the return of the item.

Following the withdrawal statement, our store is obliged to return the price received within 30 days from the receipt of the products.

The refund to the customer will be made by telephone.

Exceptions to withdrawal

• There is no possibility to withdraw from service contracts after the full provision of the service, if the execution started with the previous explicit consent of the customer and with his acknowledgment that he will lose the right of withdrawal once the contract is fully executed by the supplier.
• Contracts in which the consumer has specifically requested a visit from the supplier with a view to carrying out emergency repairs or performing maintenance work. If, in the event of such a visit, the supplier provides services in addition to those specifically requested by the consumer or goods other than spare parts compulsorily used during maintenance work or repairs.

Τα τηρούμενα στοιχεία του αρχείου δύνανται να κοινοποιηθούν στις αρμόδιες δικαστικές, αστυνομικές και άλλες διοικητικές αρχές κατόπιν νομίμου αιτήματός τους και σύμφωνα με τις κάθε φορά ισχύουσες νομοθετικές διατάξεις.
