Returns & Refunds

We accept returns subject to the following terms.
  1. The return is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. The product and any of its packaging as well as its labels are in the same condition as the one received.
  3. The products must not have been used or washed.
  4. The returned product must be accompanied by a receipt.
Returns are accepted, ONLY by telephone.
 
We do not bear any responsibility for any damage that may occur during the transport of the product.
 
The shipping costs of the returned product are borne exclusively by the buyer, who can make the return by Courier of his choice.
 
We will not receive any product if upon receipt we are asked to pay shipping costs,
 
In case of product return, the refund will be made within 30 days from the day of receipt of the products and will be made after a telephone consultation with the buyer.
 
In case you wish to change the product you have purchased, the return and shipping of the new product is at the customer's expense, you have the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, after your telephone contact with the store us at 25410 78948 every Monday-Wednesday-Saturday from 10: 00-15: 00 and Tuesday-Thursday-Friday from 10: 00-14: 00 and 17: 30-21: 00.
